A reminder all trade stands are required to have a copy of their Public Liability Insurance & Risk Assessment available on show day.

Those requesting a Free Charity Stand should apply and pay. If you are selected as a free stand, your entry fee will be refunded.

The Sutherland Show is a great place for all types of businesses & organisations to showcase their products & services.

In recent years the show has around 5,000 visitors through our gates, from all walks of life. 

​

We have various locations, sizes and positions of trade stands/table space available. Check out our forms below for further information on sizes, prizes, rules and requirements. 

​

We also have advertising space in our show day catalogue, of which 1,000 copies are handed out as part of the ticket price.
